I am on lesson 4 speed line. I currently have 13 WPM.

I finished review skills of lesson 4.

Today, 1-28, I finished lesson 3 with 13 WPM.

How can reviewing in Rags to Riches/QUIA help you?

Reviewing in Rags to Riches/QUIA will help me ace the weekly quiz/test. The reason that I like Rags to Riches is that it is gameshow-style and fun. It's better than a boring paper review, in my opinion. Rags to Riches will make sure I always pass. 

Monday and Tuesday TechConnect

Monday, 1-26 , I completed lesson 1 with an avg. of 14 WPM. Today, I finished lesson 2 with a max speed of 15 WPM.

TechConnect can help me learn how to type by letting me practice my typing skills. To learn how to type using TechConnect, I first log in. Then, I click Tools and choose Keyboarding. Then, I select a lesson and I'm ready to begin! What I really like about TechConnect Keyboarding is that it's easy and fun and it teaches you step by step how to type.   

Explain how learning how to type can help you in the future?

Learning to type can help me in the future because in college all reports, essays, etc. will be typed, not handwritten. Also, I will have to type a lot in my job. If I learn to type, I can easily send e-mails insted of regular paper mail. One thing is for sure. Typing will definitely make my life easier.
